I love taking my workouts alfresco. And right now in South Africa I’m either jogging along a beach, horse riding through the Garden Route’s famed fynbos hills, kloofing (abseiling and jumping into rivers then scrambling or swimming down them) or hurling myself off Bloukrans Bridge, home of the highest bungee jump in the world.
There hasn’t been time for a recovery massage or post-sunny-days skin-cooling facial, so I’m loving the idea behind Devarana Spas’ new Post Workout Revival program.
